When I reflect on my own pursuit of happiness, I realize how truly indistinguishable it is from the act of giving. Doing anything to make others’ lives better is one of my biggest motivators, and I’m always inspired to find new ways of connecting with and helping people. In real estate, there is nothing more rewarding than watching a first-time buyer finally relax in the long-awaited security of homeownership, or handing a retired couple the keys to a home that, for them, represents an entire lifetime’s worth of dreams and visions coming to fruition.
Growing up in Fresno, I’d often ride with my grandparents to the various properties they managed as part of the business they founded and ran for more than 30 years. I didn’t know it then, but these times were laying the groundwork for my real estate career, allowing me to meet people from all different walks of life as I watched my grandparents nurture lifelong relationships.
I know from personal experience that one single conversation can change the entire course of a life. Therefore, I approach every chance to meet someone with empathy, an open heart, and a curious, coachable mindset.
At the same time, my competitive drive makes me relentless in the pursuit of whatever I make my focus: achieving the highest and best results for the clients who trust me to orchestrate the successful purchase or sale of their properties. I pride myself on my ability to respond to feedback. What makes me different is my ethic that tells me that, no matter what, there’s always an answer and a way forward.
I enjoy going to MLB games, college football games, or local soccer games. Any time I can sneak over to Asilomar in Pacific Grove for some fresh air, I’m there with a good pastry and my cup of coffee. Come introduce yourself if you see me.
My promise to all my clients: I’ll never stop listening to you and fighting for you.
