Nicole Ushakoff is a Monterey Peninsula native who has been working in the real estate industry since 2002. Since then, her driven and caring personality has seen her enjoy nothing but growth and success. Nicole started her real estate career in the Sales and Marketing department at Stewart Title. After the change in the real estate market in 2006, however, Nicole decided to fill a much-needed niche within the industry by opening an independent transaction management company. Thus, Vista Marketing and Coordination Services opened its doors in 2006 and soon began providing contract management and escrow coordination to the Monterey County real estate professional community.
With a strong work ethic, great people skills, and fantastic attention to detail, Nicole was able to grow her company’s agent client base from a few to over 250. Eventually, Nicole’s ceaseless desire to improve led her to decide that it was time to take her career to the next level. With her working knowledge of the real estate contract, the transaction-closing process, and the local communities’ inner workings, Nicole officially became a licensed Realtor in 2017.
Nicole hit the ground running as a Realtor, thanks in no small part to her client-first approach to real estate. Nicole believes that the most rewarding part of her job is helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Thus, it came as no surprise to her peers when Nicole was voted the 2017 Rookie of the Year by the readership of the Monterey Herald as well as the 2017 Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams Coastal Estates. Nicole’s successes quickly placed her in the top percentages of local agents and got her selected to serve on the Agent Leadership Council for 2019.
In 2019, Nicole chose to take her career even further by teaming up with a group of like-minded, equally driven Realtors: The Ruiz Group. Her client-first, innately driven personality was a natural fit for The Ruiz Group, often praised as one of the most diligent and innovative Realtor teams on the Central Coast. Nicole’s success has only grown in scope since joining The Ruiz Group - and it’s only getting better from here.
