My passion for real estate began in 2009 when I returned to the United States from Hong Kong and settled in Palo Alto, California. During the aftermath of the housing market downturn, I recognized a unique opportunity and began acquiring single-family homes and multifamily properties at discounted prices. I personally managed and maintained my rental portfolio for several years, gaining hands-on experience in property management, leasing, renovations, and investment strategy.
As the market recovered, my investments appreciated significantly, allowing me to expand my portfolio through 1031 exchanges into additional properties in Texas and commercial real estate syndications. Over the years, I have been actively involved in nearly every aspect of real estate investing, including acquiring, rehabbing, managing, buying, selling, and developing properties.
Real estate has always been more than an investment for me. It is about creating opportunities and building places where people can thrive. There is tremendous satisfaction in transforming an outdated property into a beautiful home or seeing a new home come to life on a vacant lot. Most importantly, every property represents someone's future, their memories, and their "home sweet home."
Before real estate, I worked as a project manager for a major U.S. technology company, leading office expansions and new construction across the Asia- Pacific region. That experience sharpened the skills my clients now rely on every day: strategic planning, genuine advocacy, meticulous attention to detail, and the discipline to deliver on time and on budget.
Today, I bring my diverse background as an investor, property owner, developer, and real estate professional to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most important decisions. Whether assisting clients in finding their dream home, maximizing the value of a sale, or building long-term wealth through real estate, I am committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, pointed insight, and exceptional service every step of the way.
Having lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 2013, I’m deeply connected to this community. When I’m not working (because there is, after all, life outside of work), you’ll find me on the golf course with my husband, making new friends, cooking, traveling, or indulging my latest passion: Zumba! I’ve also volunteered at several golf tournaments and at the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival.
